When my daughters see that I’ve got a new Fortune Cookie Soap Box, they follow me around like ducklings.
We ooh and ah over the packaging and the scents and the cuteness. Then they start their negotiations over who gets what product.
This month was particularly fun, because two of my daughters were in Narnia, The Musical. My Mom was visiting, and we were treated to a full concert during the unboxing.
Every Fortune Cookie Soap Box includes an OCD Hand Sanitizer in a new scent. This one is called Always Winter and reminds me of eating apple pie by the Christmas tree. I’ve been keeping these in my car for moments when hand-washing is inconvenient. (They were invaluable at the lake last summer.)
I love these signature fortune cookie-shaped soaps. This one is called Sweeties and combines the scents of rosewater, pistachios, amaretto and warm cookies. I just sing “Turkish Delight” every time I use it.
Father Christmas is my oldest’s new favorite smell. She could probably do a commercial for it. We all love FCS’s whipped creams, but she won the coin toss. Combining juniper and vanilla, this definitely smells like Christmas!
How cute is this little Pedi-Bomb shaped like a mini fortune cookie? It is also my favorite scent in the whole box, Small Favors – a mix of pipe tobacco, honey and spiced citrus.
I’m excited that Fortune Cookie Soap has released a dusting powder! This one is in Dream of a Dream which is a subtle blend of lavender, vanilla, musk and patchouli. I would buy the perfume oil in this scent if it wasn’t already sold out!
Fortune Cookie Soap’s Shampoo Bars are wonderful! Seriously. They are really good at removing product build up and make my whole bathroom smell good. This one, in Deep Magic, is a mixture of rosemary, garden herbs and mint, but to me, the mint is the most prevalent. For some reason, mint makes me feel a little chilly, so this is perfect for mornings when you need a little help waking up.
I wanted to love this Hide and Seek scent, because I am a big fan of whipped soaps in lieu of shaving cream. The chocolate, all-spice and espresso is a bit intense for me, but my middle daughter loves it!
I think FCS makes the prettiest perfume oils, and this one in Lion’s Breath (a mix of fir needles and pomegranates) is no exception. Plus, I love that it’s vegan.
Through the Wardrobe was a delight to open and smell. It was so much fun to test everything with my mom and girls. Plus, the singing!
Fortune Cookie Soap includes a $10.00 coupon to their shop with any Soap Box purchase, so if you like testing lots of scents and products, these little boxes are an amazing deal! Their Spring Box is ON SALE NOW.
Purchased by the amazing Beeju! All opinions are my own and no compensation was received.

I am a vegan, homeschooling mom who might be a tad obsessed with subscription boxes. My infatuation is evidenced by my uncanny ability to recognize the sound of my mail carrier’s truck engine. I’d like to say don’t judge me, but if I were you, I’d judge me. I love vegan/eco-friendly, literary and thoughtfully curated boxes.
