Sapphire Soul is like a spiritual retreat in a box. It is packed with so many happy surprises, including crystals, candles, affirmations, art, beauty products, essential oil and apothecary products, teas, spiritual decor, altar items, and products for cleansing. Subscribers also receive access to the Facebook support page. This month, the box encourages celebration of self and gratitude. I really can’t believe how many thoughtful items are in this box!

Allison, the Sapphire Soul guru, exudes kindness and gratitude. Her sweet and supportive attitude is very inspiring to me. I am impressed with her support of bloggers and partners. This hand-written letter is lovely. I particularly like the reminder to look back with gratitude, learn from the past, and then move forward into 2016 consciously. What a perfect sentiment for a year-end box!

Look at the pretty frankincense! Frankincense is one of the most sacred scents and is known for its calming abilities. These little crystals smell amazing!

The frankincense arrived with swift-lite charcoal burners. I have never burned frankincense before, and I thought was so interesting! My hippie husband knew all about it, and he was pretty stoked (pun intended) when I pulled it out. He kept telling me how good our house smelled.

Oh, pretty little, golden altar candle!

I love saris and have used sari yarn for knitting and craft projects. What a fun surprise to receive this Sari Yarn bracelet with the Sankofa Symbol. The Sankofa symbol means, “We must go back and reclaim our past so we can move forward; so we understand why and how we came to be who we are today.” I need a forgiveness symbol to go with this.

It looks beautiful on, but I think I’m going to hang it from my rear-view mirror. I am in the car all the time, and I think this lovely piece of jewelry will remind me to listen to my intuition.

Everyone in my family loves these glasses. They are RainbowOPTX Chakra Color Therapy Glasses, and they are so freaking fun! You know the saying about rose-colored glasses? That is exactly how I feel when I wear these. Only mine are violet. Violet is for the Crown Chakra and these are made to clear the mind (YES!) and liberate the spirit. Plus, they make me smile.

I wish this photo was scratch ‘n sniff because this Sapphire Soul Sacred Celebration Essential Oil blend is delightful! Like Christmas and love in a bottle. Look at the golden candles on the label…I have one of those!

I use pink Himalayan salt in most of my cooking, but I have never had a beautiful piece like this. It is stunning. Also, it is good to place around the home for cleansing, purifying and dispelling negativity. I am going to put this in my kitchen window. I would like to say my house is all Pollyanna all the time, but alas, it isn’t. I’m going to use this to dispel the “hangries”.

This 4th (Heart) Chakra Buddha Tea is my favorite flavor of theirs. I’m pretty sure that’s because of jasmine which I adore in all things.

Because it is for the heart chakra, I pulled out my Grandma’s tea set and made a lovely cuppa while thinking about my gratefuls. (OH! and eating raw pecan tartlet Thanksgiving leftovers.)

Last year for Christmas, my daughter made me the most beautiful “Conversation jar”. It is hand-painted and full of awesome conversation starters that we use at dinnertime when we are all together. We’re almost finished with it, so this Dive in Deck couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. The cards themselves are beautiful, but I love the originality of the prompts (perfect for journaling, too). Some of my favorites: What ignites your creativity? How do you allow personal integrity to be a compass for your life? What does freedom feel like?

(I know this box is so full!) Sapphire Soul’s Coconut Lemongrass Essential Oil Lip Balm smells so good, and I am not allergic to it! It is lemony, but not overpowering, and very creamy. Love!

Such a beautiful mantra card. I surrender it all…what a good New Year reminder!

This YOGA JOE is my favorite! I love him. Seriously.

I keep moving him around to make me smile.

Sapphire Soul also included a bounty of coupon codes. (I used the word bounty in honor of Thanksgiving.) I got a code for 15% off AND free shipping to confusedgirlinthecity (I need those leggings), 20% off Yoga Joes (we all need those . . . especially since they come in pink!), a 30% off coupon to Chakredy Vibrational Remedies ( the lovely salt), 10% off at Buddha Teas, 40% off (40!) RainbowOPTX, and $10.00 off at Jewels of Saraswati (BEAUTIFUL wrist saris)!

Sapphire Soul was full of beauty, kindness, thoughtful reminders, new experiences, and smiles for days (those glasses! Yoga Joe!). The items in the box total over $100.00, but I think the value lies in the curation. This box was totally unique! Also, I got to “meet” the inspirational Allison. I can’t wait to see what loveliness is in the new luxury box!

Sarah

I live in Utah with my carnivorous husband, three swell daughters, and two semi-trained dogs at the base of some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Sometimes I write for money, but usually I just play Candy Crush.

I am a vegan, homeschooling mom who might be a tad obsessed with subscription boxes. My infatuation is evidenced by my uncanny ability to recognize the sound of my mail carrier’s truck engine. I’d like to say don’t judge me, but if I were you, I’d judge me. I love vegan/eco-friendly, literary and thoughtfully curated boxes.
