Goddess Provisions – October 2015 Review

Third eye open…

Goddess Provisions
$33.00 with a month to month subscription, $29.67 per box with a six month subscription and $27.75 for a 12 month subscription (that’s almost two free boxes!)
Ships via USPS in the second or third week of the month

Goddess Provisions is a brand new monthly box curated to support the divine feminine and nourish your spiritual practice. My inner goddess and I high-fived when we found out about this box.

Goddess Provisions ships their “high vibe lifestyle goods” in recycled kraft paper boxes with recycled squiggles.

All of these products are vegan and cruelty free. This box gets me.

The theme this month is “Open your third eye, listen to your intuition.” I needed a reminder to return to my meditation practice. All of the products in the box support the theme well. I kind of love that.

This Organic Third Eye Chakra Tea, infused with the essence of sapphire, is recommended for insight and intuition. Oh, jasmine, I love you, and I am so glad you are in this tea! $10.99

I am a huge fan of quotes on individual teas. (I think it reminds me of my love of fortune cookies.) This tea is light and yummy and smells a lot like licorice.

I really like the lasting rosemary scent of this Balanced Guru Intuition mist. This makes a lovely room freshener and mindful reminder. $10.00

Mmmmmm. Chocolita raw white chocolate infused with blue lotus flower (an aphrodisiac and meditation aid) is about the most beautiful chocolate ever. I wish I snapped a photo of the actual chocolate, but I was busy tasting all the uniqueness of the thing. At first I was like, huh, and then I was like yeah! $4.95

I love the whole Meow Meow Tweet line, so I’m stoked that their repair balm was included in this box. It is vegan and has super cute packaging. The myrrh in this is great for skin, and vetiver is known to be good for relaxation. Plus, who wants to meditate with dry hands?

This Pura Botanica candle is my favorite item in the box. It smells so good, and I love that it is a “just because candle”. Lighting candles is such a good reminder to set an intention, and I always feel like I am treating myself to something special when I light them. Also, I appreciate that it is a soy wax candle made with essential oils. $13.00

Oh pretty amethyst! This little gem was mined in Vera Cruz, Mexico. I recommend reading the story of how these crystals came to be included in the box. Check it out HERE. Amethyst is said to help achieve meditative states, so along with everything in this box, it suits the theme perfectly! (I hear there’s a crystal oracle deck in November’s Goddess Provisions. Woot.) $5.00

I think a little guided meditation would go perfectly with this box, and you can find a few on Chopra’s website.

Goddess Provisions was a pleasure to unbox. Everything in it is gift worthy and thoughtfully selected. All totaled, Goddess Provisions is worth nearly double the subscription price. Learn more or subscribe RIGHT HERE.

PR Sample. Affiliate link. All opinions are my own and no compensation was received. Chocolate, candles and tea!

Sarah

I live in Utah with my carnivorous husband, three swell daughters, and two semi-trained dogs at the base of some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Sometimes I write for money, but usually I just play Candy Crush.

I am a vegan, homeschooling mom who might be a tad obsessed with subscription boxes. My infatuation is evidenced by my uncanny ability to recognize the sound of my mail carrier’s truck engine. I’d like to say don’t judge me, but if I were you, I’d judge me. I love vegan/eco-friendly, literary and thoughtfully curated boxes.
