Little Passports is a monthly geography subscription for children ages 3-12. Three options are available: Early Explorers for children 3-5; World Edition for children 6-10; and USA edition for children 7-12.

This review is for the World Edition subscription. Each month, the envelope is filled with goodies from a featured country. This month we received the Brazil package.

We got a fun letter with lots of fun facts about Brazil. We learned about the Amazon Rainforest, amethyst mines and the uakari monkey. The first package we received included a map, a passport and and a suitcase. This month, a flag sticker for the passport, a map marker for the map and a Brazil sticker for the suitcase were included.

Every month a fun activity book is included. This month included a recipe for brigadeiro. We are big fans of chocolate, so the plan is to make these chocolate dough balls on Sunday. I think it is so great to include food ideas in a box like this.

This beautiful amethyst was included in the box. We love amethyst in our house, so this was a fun (and sparkly) inclusion! (It looks huge in this picture, but in reality, it is a little bigger than a 50 cent piece.)

This is a luggage tag for our little suitcase and an uakari monkey postcard.

My little one was excited, especially, to add the sticker to the map.

Here is our passport, map and suitcase with their new additions!

We really enjoyed the second month of Little Passports. It was fun to pull out the map, passport and suitcase and add our our new stickers and tag. This is such a unique and interesting way to add geography and cultural appreciation to our lives. I like that the activities are quick and memorable, and every month we will be reviewing what we have already learned.

I live in Utah with my carnivorous husband, three swell daughters, and two semi-trained dogs at the base of some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Sometimes I write for money, but usually I just play Candy Crush.

I am a vegan, homeschooling mom who might be a tad obsessed with subscription boxes. My infatuation is evidenced by my uncanny ability to recognize the sound of my mail carrier’s truck engine. I’d like to say don’t judge me, but if I were you, I’d judge me. I love vegan/eco-friendly, literary and thoughtfully curated boxes.
