Outside of the blog, I work full time as a secretary and go to graduate school full time for Media Communications. Ultimately, I want to be a teacher once I complete my degree in late 2016. I live in Utah with my carnivorous husband, three swell daughters, and two semi-trained dogs at the base of some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Sometimes I write for money, but usually I just play Candy Crush. I am a vegan, homeschooling mom who might be a tad obsessed with subscription boxes. My infatuation is evidenced by my uncanny ability to recognize my mail carrier’s truck engine. I’d like to say don’t judge me, but if I were you, I’d judge me. I love vegan/eco-friendly, lifestyle, game and literary boxes. I really love freebies and bonuses.

I’m a graduate student working in a biochemistry lab at the University of California. I have a special obsession with dresses because I have to wear closed-toed shoes and full-length pants whenever I’m at work. Originally, I started subscribing to boxes because I wanted to try something new, but now it has officially become an obsession. Now I’m subscribing to over 15 boxes, and getting them in my mail and writing up reviews has become one of the most exciting things in my life. I like kawaii things, lifestyle items, nail polishes, and jewelry. I’m especially picky about which nail polishes and jewelry I receive; I have a lot of nail polish, so I’m very picky in terms of color and quality, and I want my jewelry to be unique.
