DegustaBox is a box of brand new and upcoming grocery items, coupons and recipes. It’s easily one of the best boxes in terms of value available due to the types of items you receive for the very low 19.99$ price tag. It ships out toward the end of the month and mine arrives via my post office but it originates through FedEx.

The box contains items ranging from anything – perishables like breads, sweets, drinks, cooking oils and sauces, and kid friendly items like cereals and fruit snacks.

Dandies All Natural Vanilla Marshmallows
These are some damn good marshmallows – they’re soft, pillowy and chewy while being completely vegan. I’m typically not big on vegan food (it’s kind of bland to me IM SORRY) but these were really delicious.

Mulino Bianco Galletti Shortbread Cookies
Classic shortbread cookies with an outer layer of sugar. Apparently these are considered a breakfast style treat that can be dipped in coffee. Personally I like them as is; they’re buttery and sugary, and really indulgent.

Barilla Farfalle Pasta, Goya Lentil & Vegetable Soup, Village Harvest Whole Grain Blends, Pure Growth Organic Oatmeal
Whew this is a lot of products haha… all full size boxes of grains. The pasta is made from semolina flour for al dente texture, while the soup is organic, the oatmeal has minimal ingredients (kid friendly). The whole grain blend is interesting; I personally felt like I was eating bird food with it, but I’m not big on grain types of side dishes – including rice. I didn’t find much flavor in it myself, but taste is very subjective.

La Tortilla Factory Tortillas
I’m a little “different” in that I like making grilled cheese sammiches out of tortillas… sort of a ghetto quesadilla. These fried up fine, nice and crispy and held together very well.

Mulino Blano Tomato & Oregano Sfilati Breadsticks
As odd as this sounds, tomato “flavored” products were never my thing – tomatoes are fine and all but yeah, I just never cared much for things like this. It’s very savory and crunchy and would probably go really well with pasta.

SoyYay Asian Honey BBQ Marinade
We’ve had some soy vay products before and this is honestly really delicious. It’s sweet and smokey at the same time. We used it on chicken breast we baked and it had a really nice, salty undertone to it.

Barilla Traditional Basil Pesto
Another delicious product, we used these with the pasta earlier. It has a really herby taste, it’s fresh, sort of springy.

Mutti Finely Chopped Tomatoes Polpa
We used these in a salsa and they were nice and soft, not chunky at all.

I always love DegustaBox because it introduces me to products and brands I may not have otherwise tried. For the 19.99 price tag you a huge value with the full size – and useful – items. It takes you out of that comfort zone and encourages you to try recipes you may not have tried before.

If you want to try DegustaBox, you can get your first box for 10$ with free shipping by clicking here.

All opinions are my own and no compensation was received.
