This is a review of January’s box.  The above picture shows everything in this month’s box.

Puclair Pink Lady Cocktail Mask (~$1.50) – I had never heard of the brand prior to trying this mask. I was surprised to find out this mask is on Sears’ website when I did my research on the brand. They have released a total of 5 types. All of them have cocktail drinks names which I think it’s funny and innovative. The mask material was very soft. The essence had no scent. The fit and attachment were very nice. I had it on for 20mins and my skin felt hydrated and slightly brightened. I need to find the other 4 kinds to try now!

Beauty+mi My Pick Lemon Mask (~$1) – This is yet another new brand I had never heard of. I love lemon ingredients and the packaging certainly makes it look yummy. This mask contains Niacinamide, Lemon peel oil, Lemon extract(5,000 ppm), Hyaluronic acid (Sodium hyaluronate) and Morus alba bark extract to keep the skin darkened by diverse external irritations bright and soft. The sheet was very soft and flattering. The essence had a lemon soda type of scent. My skin felt brigtened and hydrated after 20mins. Now I’m intrigued by this brand.

Esfolio Milk and Red Ginseng Essence Mask Sheets (~$1 x 2) – I’ve been seeing these cute Esfolio masks at Tjmaxx/Marhshalls for a while. I didn’t want to commit for a box of 10, so, I was super happy to see them in Piibu box.

The Milk Mask: It contains Milk Protein Extract which is effective for keeping the skin clean. Chaenomeles Sinensis Fruit Extract and Portulaca Oleracea Extract help to increase skin elasticity and moisturization. The mask material was very soft. The fit and attachment were great as well. It had a sweet milk scent which I love. I was a bit surprised by the gel-like essence. I had some cooling sensation while the mask was on. My face felt moisturized, smooth and plumped after my masking session. It’s such a great mask for the price!!

The Ginseng Mask: Ginseng ingredients have been growing on me. “Red ginseng extract will keep your skin moisturized and lively. It also works well for anti-aging, toning and brightening skin. ” The mask had a strong ginseng scent. The essence was clear and watery. I had it on for 25mins. My skin felt nourished and soft without tackiness.

I’m definitely grabbing boxes of these masks next time I see them!

Innisfree My Real Squeeze Masks – Lime and Green Tea (~$2 x 2) – To be honest, I have not been feeling the changes after Innisfree reformulated their It’s real squeeze masks. I’m glad Piibu box decided to include these for me to have a better feeling about them.

The green tea mask: This is not new to me. It’s the very first My Real Squeeze mask I tried and compared with the It’s real squeeze green tea mask. It contains Jeju Green Tea Extract for moisturized and supple skin. It had a pleaseant green tea scent. The sheet was actually tougher than the IRS mask. I had it on for 15mins. My skin felt hydrated and slightly tacky.

The lime mask: It contains lime extract for a brighter, more translucent appearance. The essence had a light lime-y scent which I love. It had some cooling effects while it’s on. My face felt soothed and hydrated afterwards. I didn’t notice much of a brightening effect.

Leaders Labotica Honey Skin Soft Mask (~$1.50) – Leaders is one of my favorite brands for sheetmasks. This was my first time trying one from their Labotica line. This mask contains 1000ppm honey extract to promote collagen growth in skin cells to keep skin looking firm. The essence had a fruity scent rather than honey, which surprised me. The tencel sheet was very soft and falttering to my face. I had it on for 20mins. My face felt moisturized and soft. I think it’s another decent mask from leaders.

Etude House 0.2mm Mask – Camellia (~$1.50) – The 0.2mm mask line is one of the best skincare product lines EH has made. I have tried a few different flavored ones before the camellia mask. The essence was unscented but appeared to be yellow in color, and had a jelly-like texture. The sheet had very small eye holes. I had it on for 30mins. By the time I took the mask off, I still had plenty of essence left on my skin. My face felt moisturized but very sticky. It was a bit of a let down.

Overall, I liked the selections of brand masks from Piibu this month. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the Esfolio masks and the cocktail mask were!
