Amoda Tea is a premium tea subscription box that sends four quality teas sourced from independent tea companies every month.

The Amoda tasting team scours the shelves of independent tea companies across North America to find unique teas, delicious blends and fun flavours. The Monthly Box offers a way to discover the hidden gems of the tea world, support the up-and-coming tea companies and taste the very best they have to offer.

Each month, Amoda sends a fun, tea-inspired postcard, and

these awesome, unbleached tea filters. These are my favorite filters. I have been using metal filters forever, but these make a much cleaner brew.

Anti-Inflammatory Chai

I love chai, and this one smells so good.

It is full of all kinds of good-for-you herbs like dandelion root, wild yam, pepper, cinnamon bark, ginger and turmeric.

Yesterday, I made an iced chai latte with extra cinnamon and frothed vanilla hemp milk, and it was the highlight of my day. I’m glad I have enough tea left to make a couple more of these!

Emerald City

This is the only tea I haven’t sampled yet, because I am adding it to a Wicked-inspired gift basket for my Wicked-obsessed daughter. I know it will be wonderful, because it is a mix of green tea, peppermint, spearmint and lemon peel. Yum!

Strawberry Lemonade

This tea smells just like summer! It is a black tea with lemon peel, dried apples, rosehips, currants, juniper berry, strawberry leaf, rose petals and calendula. Since it has a bit of caffeine, it is like a grown-up version of its namesake. I’m impressed that it tastes so mild and smooth. I drank mine hot, but I know it would be lovely iced.

Little Berry Hibiscus

This is probably my favorite tea of the bunch. It is sweet and sour and delightful. I love that the hibiscus and lemongrass in this blend were grown by The Women’s Co-op in Kenya.

When I get the Amoda tea box, I feel like a tea sommelier. It is so fun to try all of the different herb and tea blends and get introduced to artisan tea makers. You can try your first box for 40% off with code BEEJU40 HERE.

PR Sample. All opinions are my own and no compensation was received.

Sarah

I live in Utah with my carnivorous husband, three swell daughters, and two semi-trained dogs at the base of some of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Sometimes I write for money, but usually I just play Candy Crush.

I am a vegan, homeschooling mom who might be a tad obsessed with subscription boxes. My infatuation is evidenced by my uncanny ability to recognize the sound of my mail carrier’s truck engine. I’d like to say don’t judge me, but if I were you, I’d judge me. I love vegan/eco-friendly, literary and thoughtfully curated boxes.
