MunchPak delivers snacks from all around the world right to your door each month. There are three size options and you can even customize your box to account for allergies and preferences. There’s also an option to add drinks to your box.

Prices range from $9.95 for MunchPak Mini all the way up to 39.95 for the FamilyPak. This (incredibly late….) review is for the September Original MunchPak which promises 10+ snacks for $19.95.

I was impressed by the mix of sweet and savory snacks. Most of them I have never heard of so this was a delicious adventure for me! Since the snacks are international, I wasn’t able to read all of the packages and really had no idea what they were. Thankfully, MunchPak has an app for that! I downloaded the app when I got my first box, and it is really helpful when trying to figure out what things are! Let’s look at what was in the box!

Beer Nuts Cashews:

I didn’t get a picture of these opened, but they’re just cashew nuts, so you’re not missing anything too exciting. Cashews are my favorite legume, so I was happy to see these in the box.

Gerritt’s Sour Blockheads:

These are basically sour patch kids. I haven’t had them since I was a teenager (which was half a lifetime ago, not even kidding…) and had forgotten how delicious they are! I polished off this whole package.

Popo Muruku:

These crunchy little bites are both sweet and spicy! They were really tasty, and definitely have a bite to them!

Doritos Nacho Cheese:

These are the Asian version of Nacho Cheese Doritos. They have a much different flavor than what I’m used to from Doritos. They were spicier than the American version. Despite not being what I expected, they were quite tasty!

Cosmo’s Creations Salted Caramel Puffed Corn:

These are made from puffed corn (think Kellogg’s Corn Pops) but with the flavor of caramel corn. They are SO GOOD! I will definitely see if I can get some more of these! I enjoy popcorn, but I do not enjoy dealing with kernels stuck in my teeth. These are the perfect answer to that since they don’t have any kernels.

Haribo Ginger-Lemon Gummi Candy:

Full disclosure, I thought I wouldn’t like these. I tasted them anyway, since you can’t accurately review something you haven’t tried, right? Well… I’ll admit when I’m wrong. These are fantastic! They’re lemony with a nice bite to them from the ginger. So good, I ate the whole bag. THE WHOLE THING!

Hi-Chew Bites Mango and Orange:

Hi-Chew are best known for their fruit flavored taffy chews (similar to Starbursts), but these were a new item for me from this brand. They’re little bite sized versions of the taffy! They were really tasty, and I liked being able to stuff them right in my face without all the unwrapping usually required for the larger chews.

London Roll:

This little cake is amazing! Mine got a little squished, but still tasted great! It’s like an angel food type cake with a coconut cream in between. DELICIOUS!

Torku Turtacik Cookies:

These little cookies are filled with tangerine jelly and covered with chocolate sprinkles. They were quite tasty, though personally citrus flavors aren’t my favorite. I liked the cookie taste though, and I would definitely recommend them to a citrus lover.

Fabitos Presunto Assado:

These little puffed treats are ham flavor. I’m not really into ham personally. Bacon? YES PLEASE! Ham? Meh… So I didn’t love these. However, if you’re a ham person, I think you’ll love them. They tasted very hammy.

I really enjoyed the September MunchPak. I love trying new things, and this box was FULL of new tasty options for me. I didn’t love everything, but that’s to be expected. I’m glad I tried them all though. My favorite this month, surprisingly, were the lemon ginger gummies. If you would like to try Munchpak, click over here to get started!
